Quick and easy to use, our metal drum heater jacket is brilliant for reliably controlling the temperature of your drum’s contents. The supplied thermostat has a control range of 20-220ºC and paired with the insulated jacket provides excellent thermal transfer. This makes the jacket ideal for melting or reducing the viscosity of fats, varnishes, soaps, and oil based products.

Great for use in food production, chemical plants, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Double insulated for increased safety, this jacket is compliant with European safety standards.

Please note that this heater is provided without a plug, to serve a broader range of applications.

For safety: We advise disconnecting the power when the drum is empty, being filled or when the heater jacket is being fitted or removed from the drum. Do not fold for storage until the jacket is completely cooled.
