Description
This is a 58 gallon fiber drum with a galvanized steel cover designed for hot flow applications. With a steel cover top and bottom, this fiber drum can be opened from both sides. Hot flo drums are a popular choice in the chemical industry, being able to hold up to 550 pounds of material. This drum has a maximum hold temperature of 200°F (37.78° C) and a maximum fill temperature between 330 and 350° F. The fiber drum is made of a strong kraft material to hold heat and is ideal for packing hotmelts, compounds and dry food products. It can hold both solid and semi-liquid products, with the cover easily removable for an simple pour. There is a silicone lining, a fiber liner near the bottom and a gasket.
