Out of Paso Robles, California, Re:Find Distillery uses a non-hopped wort sourced in collaboration with craft brewers that comes from a mash bill of:

The whiskey then goes into new 15 gallon American white oak barrels that have been charred at the No. 3 level. The whiskey ages in the barrels for anywhere from 12 to 36 months and is then blended before bottled.
