Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
